1. Product and entitlement
Eagle Eye provides the Control Room interface and threat intelligence dashboard; urban intelligence is a capability of that dashboard. Entitlements identify the workspace, available cities and enabled functions. A paid licence does not itself authorise access to personal information.
2. Sources and provenance
Maintain a source inventory, licence and permitted commercial use, attribution, refresh dates, correction process and retention. Assess personal-data purposes and legal conditions separately from the source licence. Label reports, independent corroboration and AI inference distinctly. Public availability does not remove data-protection and content-rights obligations.
3. Standalone subscriptions and current promises
Standalone threat intelligence is proposed at £199 per month per licence. Annual pricing, VAT treatment and exact coverage remain to be finalised. Initial named cities are London, Birmingham and Manchester, subject to verified availability. Shared-network personal information and contributed content require review against the existing privacy notice and terms, including no-sale commitments and the licence to operate, secure and improve the service. Reconcile actual data inputs, derivatives, original purposes, content rights and any justified migration/notice/acceptance route before commercial reuse. New wording cannot retrospectively establish rights over past submissions.
4. Private team channels and worker location
OnSiren for Business team app licensing starts at the proposed £6.99 per person per month. A separate processing and service schedule defines the roles, instructions, authorised viewers, membership and live/history location controls, on-duty/off-duty treatment, precision, retention and worker notice. Assess necessity and proportionality, including home locations and personal or union communications. Personal officer accounts preserve separate group permissions and applicable workplace duties. Authority access remains a scoped application route.
5. Incident reporting and future functions
Describe available functionality as incident reporting and live incident reporting where verified. Cameras, AI monitoring and optional hardware remain future offerings pending product and legal review. Each new source, reporting, evidence or monitoring flow needs its own assessment before activation. Venue-readiness support requires a defined scope and evidence; no claim of Martyn's Law certification is made.
6. Commercial completion
The applicable service terms must specify seller identity and contact, licence unit and price including applicable VAT presentation, coverage, features, term, renewal, cancellation, refunds, variations, suspension, support, data exit, liability and disputes. Assess whether consumer protections apply to the actual customer and purpose. Covered electronic contracts need storable/reproducible terms and applicable durable confirmation. The new DMCCA subscription-contract regime is expected in spring 2027 under current government plans; track commencement separately. Existing legal duties apply now. Camera/hardware promises, any annual price and final commercial allocations remain release decisions.
